I started working in real estate about 30 years ago and have steadily built my business focusing on my clients needs and serving them in an exceptional way. Garry and I are local in the sense that we grew up and went to school in the area. We are deeply rooted in Greater Portland and sell in the place that we live. I tell clients that I know the area without a GPS…that usually gets a good laugh. But on a more serious note, I know what is going on in local hot spots all over Greater Portland and I closely follow market trends. Garry and I want to have fun serving our clients and we want them to be relaxed while we really focus on the details.

HOME STAGING & RELOCATION

There is a process that my clients experience when selling their home with me. Understanding my clients’ needs and goals is most important. I help them gain an understanding of pricing their home just right so that it is ready to go public and achieve their home sale goals. I also use staging techniques to present the home to the market in the most attractive way to buyers.
