About Me

As a lifelong resident of Southern Maine, I enjoy all the seasons and landscapes that this beautiful state has to offer. It all starts at home with family. I have been married to my wife Michelle, since 2008, and we have two beautiful children together; our daughter Milan (2012) and our son Beau (2015). As a family, we enjoy traveling, family trips, sporting events, and get togethers with friends and family. Some of our favorite spots are Bar Harbor, Rockport, North Conway, and if our kids had to choose, Disneyworld. My other passions include golfing, walking, social time with friends, and staying current on New England sports teams.

Philosophy (Personal/Business)

One of my favorite sayings is "Relationships Matter". I believe the relationships you create with your clients, service providers (title, mortgage, building inspectors) as well as the relationships you create with the other agents in our industry is crucial for success. Creating relationships with people is exactly like building a good home. It starts with a great foundation, and takes time to build. Like building a house, a good relationship takes communication, skill, and the ability to coordinate many different tasks set to a desired outcome. Creating and maintaining your personal and business relationships are the cornerstone of a happy and successful life. Let me assist you in both developing a lasting relationship with a Manager you can trust, and achieve our goals together.

Business Experience

Over the years, I have picked up many traits and tools to effectively help clients with their real estate goals. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked as a facilities manager for a locally owned motel in a highly trafficked tourist town. I believe working in a high paced, extremely busy setting helped me develop effective, efficient customer service skills to ensure I provided the highest level of service. It was also here that I learned the importance of task management, as well as the discipline to follow up with these tasks.

Shortly after, I had the opportunity to become the lead carpenter for a large local commercial/residential developer. I have roughly 10 years of hands on experience in the construction trades, and use this knowledge to help clients on many levels. Having intimate knowledge of homes, how they are constructed, and knowing the difference in quality of homes, helps clients establish value and can assist in their negotiations with their purchases or sales.

As a full-time Realtor since March of 2011, I have experienced the ups and downs of our current local market. Being able to succeed in any market are the traits of a great agent. I believe that an agent constantly has to adapt to market conditions to remain successful. Having won multiple achievement awards through my years as a REALTOR, I'm proud to say I've embraced everything our local market has gone through in that span and the personal/professional growth that it has created in me.
