Hello, I am Christopher Marks.  I work full time in insurance and have also worked in and around Real Estate since 2003.  I love the Real Estate industry, but having raised 6 children before internet sales, zoom, virtual tours and all the technology we have today it was difficult to make it my career.  Because of the industries I am in, I tend to look at some things other agents may not, especially if you are buying a home.  These things also help in the sale if you are listing your home as well.  So, you may have a more involved process with me than you might with another agent. 

I do not believe that it is my role to “sell” you anything, but rather to help you find the home that best suits your lifestyle needs and your budget, or that can get you the best price in the time frame that you require.
