He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, graduating summa cum laude. Prior to entering real estate, Tom developed a strong foundation in business and negotiation, which now supports his work advising clients on both transactions and long-term asset decisions.

Tom began investing in residential rental property in 2019 and quickly developed a deep understanding of property performance, operations, and acquisition strategy. After becoming licensed in 2022, he identified gaps in how traditional property management companies operate and built a more disciplined, execution-focused approach. That approach has since scaled to serve a growing portfolio of owners, with tenant satisfaction, renewal rates, and owner retention consistently exceeding market norms.

He works with both homeowners and investors, with particular expertise in evaluating residential investment opportunities and identifying neighborhoods and property types that support strong long-term performance.

Tom lives in Carver, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
