Tim Sabin

Tim is a licensed real estate agent with the John Schuster Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, serving clients along the St. Croix River Valley as well as throughout the 7-county region in Minnesota and NW/West Central Wisconsin. Homes have been part of his life since the day he was born — growing up around his father, uncles, and cousins in home construction, contracting, remodeling, and high-end cabinet making. He worked hands-on with every one of them, building deep industry knowledge that he later expanded through his own career.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, advising, and marketing — including retail leadership, home improvement, air quality testing, business banking, home equity lending, and commercial lending — Tim brings a well-rounded perspective to real estate.
