We’ve been getting high marks from our home buying and selling customers in Minnesota and western Wisconsin since we opened for business in the 1970s. It is our plan to continue this tradition. Agent Profile

                I have always called Minnesota home. I grew up on a hobby farm in Carver County and have lived in the Twin Cities area all my life. I currently live with my family in Waconia. I love spending time outdoors, walking, biking and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, gardening and a variety of sports. I am active in my church and community. I am passionate about what I do and believe in working hard and enjoying each and every day to its fullest.

            My business background began after attending college. I worked as a personal banker for Norwest Bank and then Wells Fargo. My work in financial services gave me both experience and thorough knowledge of credit and financing. They have been a great benefit in my career as a Realtor. After 9 years in banking I determined my real passion was in real estate. I first worked for a realtor in 2000. This gave me valuable experience in the business. I then went back to school and earned my license as a Realtor.  Since that time, I have become a graduate of the Realtor Institute which earned me the GRI designation. I have also become a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Relocation Specialist. I was named “Super Real Estate Agent” in 2012-2016 by Twin Cities Business and Mpls St Paul Magazines.

            In this ever changing market, education and experience are some of the keys to a successful transaction. I continually strive to stay at the top of my game through additional education. Some of the more recent courses I have taken include negotiating, home marketing, and distressed sales to name a few. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. I strive to employ the latest technology in my business and utilize internet marketing to actively promote my listings as well as provide the tools and resources my clients need.

            I believe good communication is the cornerstone of a good working relationship between a realtor and their client. I pledge to be in frequent contact with my clients in the way they choose throughout the entire purchase/sale of their home. I give attention and careful follow through to all aspects of my business and work diligently to provide an outstanding experience to all my clients.

            I primarily work in the Twin Cities metro area but have also sold homes in other areas. I specialize in residential real estate including single family homes, townhomes, and condos. I have expertise in bank owned and short sale properties.
