Buying or selling a home comes with inspections, financing, deadlines, paperwork, and big decisions that often hit fast. My job is to make sure you know what is happening before it happens, so you’re not left guessing your way through one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

My background is in business and client management, where I learned how to solve problems under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate clearly when timing matters. I bring that same approach into real estate so my clients know where things stand, what comes next, and what options they have before decisions need to be made.

I grew up in Breezy Point and have spent my life in northern Minnesota fishing, camping, hunting, and building relationships with the people who live here. This is not just a market to me. It is home.

I’ll be the one who answers the phone, explains the process in plain English, and helps clients make clear, informed decisions from start to finish.
