Ryan specializes in residential, single-family real estate. He takes pride in helping his clients find their dream home as well as his ability to understand needs, negotiate and educate. He passionately cares about the housing industry and giving back to his community.

Ryan grew up in south Minneapolis and has lived in the twin cities metro his whole life. He is currently active with the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors as a member of the Board of Directors, and is also on the State Professional Standards Committee and the Agent Advisory Council for the MLS. Ryan's wife, Nichole, works for North Memorial Hospital, they have been married for 17 years with 3 boys; Robbie (15), Tommy (13), and Matthew (6). They enjoy camping and spend many evenings at the baseball parks around town following the boys'; little league teams.
