As your realtor, Lucy's business philosophy begins with the integrity to build a trustworthy and successful partnership, whether you are buying or selling your home, and an ingrained belief that the client comes first. She is an active listener which leads to quickly envisioning possible opportunities. Her business expertise honed during years in the financial advisory and marketing industries includes a macro view of the process merged with attention to detail, a resourceful and analytical mindset, the importance of customer service and the inner drive to work with you beyond the closing.

Personal Background

Lucy is a native New Englander and decades-long Minnesotan with a passion for real estate. She graduated from Concord Academy in Massachusetts, received her B.A. in Business from Colorado College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas. She has enjoyed real estate since learning the business early on through her Mother's firm. After college, she delved into the world of finance followed by marketing and marketing services. By nature, she is a lifelong learner who often is described as intuitive, innovative in her approach with the ability to translate concepts into results. Over the years, Lucy has enjoyed volunteering with the schools, youth sports and many events in her communities meeting and bringing people together. She is the Founder of the Greenwood 4th of July Parade, worked Grill Nights at the Cottagewood General Store, chaired Minnetonka Yacht Club regattas and committees, shared her love of photography with many, served as Treasurer of the Blake School Bi-Annual Gala and appreciated roles as Captain Parent for Minnetonka High School Sailing and Blake School Boys Hockey teams. Lucy enjoys life and Ferguson Realtors with her husband, David, and treasures their two children.
