Marcus Johannes

Marcus and his wife Aanna have been married for over 19 years and have 6 kids (5 girls, 1 boy). He grew up in Jordan, Minnesota and currently lives with his family in Shakopee, where Aanna home schools their children. Marcus earned a BA in Psychology and Religion at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He is active at Grace Church in Eden Prairie as a marriage minister, Shakopee Chamber of Commerce, Feed My Starving Children and Letnes Restaurant Group.

Marcus has extensive experience working with people in crisis. He worked for many years at a variety of in-patient locked mental health and chemical dependency units for both children and adults. Caring and empathetic, he enjoys helping families in their time of need. He finds it rewarding to think outside the box and to help people find solutions to be on the path to success.

Marcus says real estate is similar in that it is a big life event, can be stressful and needs to bring all sides together. Having dealt with some of life’s most difficult issues makes real estate challenges seem manageable. It is easy to stay balanced, keeping perspective and staying positive, to any situation.
