The ¾ mile easement access has an established road which leads to this secluded 40 acres of land on the Root River just outside of Lanesboro. The Root River bike trail runs along the perimeter of the property and is a short ride into the city of Lanesboro. The property has a nice mixture of hardwoods, black walnut and south facing cedars which provide nice winter thermal cover for the deer and turkeys. There is a mixture of high ground overlooking the bluffs, low ground on the river and a couple of natural clearings which would be great spots for food plots or setting up camp.
