Education and Training

A born and raised Minnesotan, Benjamin Shamrokh graduated from Bloomington Thomas Jefferson High School. Attended University of Jamestown College from 1997-2001 and graduated with BA in Business Administration, with concentrations in Economics and Business Communication. Benjamin has been assisting clients purchase and sell homes since 2002, learning from his father who has been a real estate broker since the early 1980’s. “I used to prepare my dad’s marketing sheets during the summers when I was in high school.” Benjamin has always been interested and enjoyed homes. Learning from a small firm and joining the largest and most successful brokerage has given great perspective and experience on both ends of the spectrum.

We also have formalized community outreach through the Coldwell Banker Burnet Foundation where our mission is to Support housing-related needs of people, at all stages of life, in the communities we serve.

My family, my clients and my health are the chief priorities in my life.

I love to exercise, coach, and play sports. I was a state champion in Track & Field in high school and an All-American Pent-athlete in college which taught me much about setting goals, working hard and toughness. I have played in professional beach volleyball tournaments and still enjoy competitive volleyball as it keeps me in great shape and am a part of a wonderful community of people. For nearly 10 years I have hosted an annual non-profit beach volleyball tournament for doubles players to compete in. I hope to make it a charity in the near future because I strongly believe in giving back to the things that you love and that bring you joy.

Communities I Serve

Benjamin Shamrokh serves the entire 13 county twin cities metropolitan area utilizing offices conveniently located throughout the metro. Our metro area coverage includes an office in Hudson, Wisconsin, and we serve a significant portion of western Wisconsin from that office. We also serve the greater Rochester and St. Cloud, Minnesota areas from our offices located in those towns. We are licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and can transact real estate business anywhere in those two states.
