Education, Training & Awards

I have invested over 15 years in leadership roles in Financial Institutions, primarily in Credit Unions. I was responsible for multiple facilities and co-led an organizational Real Estate department. Additionally I was responsible for loan processors, loan officers, mortgage underwriters, title representitives, etc. What this means for you, is that I have hands on industry experience from a very wide reaching perspective, not to mention the annual completion of ongoing education and required compliance training and coursework.

After leaving the financial industry, I attended and graduated Kaplan Real Estate schools and partnered with Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2013, known throughout the industry for their highly respected training model. Since that time, I have continued to elevate my knowledge and have obtained my Real Estate Brokers license in addition to the Real Estate Sales license.

I have obtained the following designations through intense development programs: SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist), RCC (Residential Construction Certified), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), AHWD (At Home With Diversity)

Community Involvement

Volunteer and Fundraiser for the Polar Bear PlungeSpecial Olympics Minnesota: 6 year annual participant with the Polar Bear Plunge benefiting Special Olympics athletes. In addition to participating as an individual, I also led participation on an organization level at Affinity Plus with 2013 having the greatest participation with 135 registered plungers.

Volunteer: People Helping People

Volunteer: Open Arms of Minnesota 2000 ndash; 2002 Delivered weekly meals to families and individuals that were not able to provide for themselves due to the impact of living with HIV/AIDS.

In addition to Real Estate, I have over 15+ years of leadership experience in the financial industry. This experience has ranged from private banking to the majority of my experience with not for profit credit unions, including co-leading a real estate department and leading multiple facilities with the following: Mortgage originators and underwriters, mortgage closers, title and financial advisors.
