Before my career in real estate, I was an independent Marketing and Communications Consultant and served as Rochester Area Economic Development (RAEDI) Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Community Economic Development Associates (CEDA); addressing regional issues such as workforce and labor shortages, affordable housing, livable wages, and base business growth to increase the region’s economic diversity and vitality. My previous experience lends valuable and unique insight to Rochester and the greater Rochester area.

The devil is in the details and that couldn’t be a more appropriate statement than when it comes to real estate, the industry is ever-changing! Purchasing or selling a home usually requires dozens of forms, reports, disclosures, and other technical documents. I will help you prepare the best deal and avoid potential pitfalls, delays, or costly mistakes. Also, there’s a lot of jargon involved in the industry and you want to work with a trusted professional who can speak the language.


I am an only child and grew up in the small, rural community of Karlsruhe, North Dakota. My high school graduating class of eight included myself and seven boys (yes, I was still homecoming queen)! For the past 16 years, my home has been in Minnesota, but I have lived in Hawaii, Missouri, and Connecticut. I believe my small-town upbringing and variety of “homes” away from Minnesota give me a unique insight into both the rural and urban landscape of the Rochester market.


When I’m not helping my clients navigate the tricky waters of real estate, I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, and golfing (I might have an obsession with the game)!


I also served as a diesel mechanic in the Army National Guard for six years and am a member of the Rotary Club of Rochester, The Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Eyota Legion Post 551, and the Saint Charles Moose Lodge.
