I grew up in Southeastern Minnesota and love to call this part of the state my home. I attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. I'm a full-time third generation real estate agent operating out of the Rochester Coldwell Banker Realty with my wife Jessica Huglen, father Tim Huglen, and brother Josh Huglen. We strive to always act in our clients' best interests above everything else, and act with integrity in everything we do. My wife Jessica and I are active real estate investors. We have personally flipped homes, own single & multifamily rentals, as well as commercial real estate. The benefit to our clients is that we are able to point out major & minor defects in homes as well as point out the potential upside a property may have. We also have an extensive list of contractors we are able to recommend that we have personally used to work on our properties. Many real estate agents do not own real estate or invest themselves so we feel we are in a better position to advise our investors because of our firsthand experience.
