Channing loves real estate, old houses and St. Paul!  She is even more passionate about walking alongside people during major life transitions.  Whether it is thinking about buying a first home or moving from a home of 50 years, she is adept at helping her clients clarify desires, understand the current market and explore options - even if the best option for the client doesn’t turn out to be buying or selling a home.
