Kathleen Wade Olsen brings a unique blend of construction knowledge, local expertise, and dedication to client service to her real estate career. Raised in Bloomington, Minnesota, she has fond memories of hearing the cheers from the historic Met Stadium and developed an early appreciation for the communities that make Minnesota special.
Kathleen attended Mankato State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Construction Management. Following graduation, she built a successful career in commercial construction, contributing to several major projects throughout the Twin Cities and Wisconsin. This experience provided her with valuable insight into building quality, project management, and the many factors that influence property value.
A resident of Eagan, Minnesota, for more than 30 years, Kathleen has extensive knowledge of the local market and surrounding communities. She is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with confidence.
