Business Philosophy

My business philosophy is simple: I strive to deliver a positive experience for every customer and help them reach their goal of completing a real estate transaction. I achieve this goal by working with an experienced team that has been proven to be successful, while being in constant communication with my customers. I work directly with my clients to help find them find their perfect property. I would enjoy the opportunity to work with you.

Education and History

I am a graduate of St. John's University where I received my degree in business management. I received my real estate license through MN Realty School and have been working for Coldwell Banker for the last 10 years. Graduating with a business management degree gives me an unique insight into the business world and this allows me to better understand market trends and patterns.

I started the Rathmanner Real Estate Team to give my clients a more comprehensive experience while working with me.  We are a proud member of the International Diamond Society at CBR which designates us in the 5% of CBR globally.  

Areas of Expertise

My area of expertise fall in the single family and duplex industry for both commercial and residential purpose. My team works with first time homebuyers, move-up buyers, as well as individuals looking to downsize.  Each situtation presents unique challenges and we have a prove track record of helping our clients achieve their goals while exceeding their expectations. 

Community Involvement
My team has been involved with SparkPath (perviously Success Beyond The Classroom) for many years as we love their mission. SparkPath creates powerful learning experiences that challenge students to explore interests, discover new perspectives, connect with professionals in the community, and visualize their success beyond the classroom.

Personal Background

I was born and raised by my parents, Mary and Jeff, in North Oaks, Minnesota and am the middle of 3 children. I am a true Minnesota boy that loves the state he grew up in. I understand the importance and value of family. This understanding is what drives me to help my buyers find their perfect home for their family and pushes me to sell the property to quality buyers.

I'm married to the most beautiful women in the world and have 2 amazing young boys.  My wife is a teacher and she runs our family like a well run classroom!  I have a 6 year old Aussiedoodle named Finley who is the OG baby of the family.
