Dan Eckberg is the Branch Vice President for the Woodbury and Stillwater offices of Coldwell Banker Realty, where he focuses on helping agents grow strong, professional, and sustainable real estate businesses.

Dan’s approach to leadership is rooted in coaching. Drawing from his experience as a Realtor®, sales leader, and collegiate coach, he works hands-on with agents to simplify the business, sharpen their skills, and navigate complex situations with confidence. He believes agents perform at their best when they have clear expectations, practical systems, and consistent support—and he structures his leadership around those principles.

As a practicing Realtor®, Dan developed a consultative, client-first style that emphasized preparation, negotiation, and clear communication. Those same skills now guide how he coaches agents: breaking down transactions, strengthening contract strategy, improving client conversations, and helping agents advocate more effectively for their clients in competitive markets.

Before stepping into brokerage leadership, Dan built a career leading and managing sales efforts in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. That background allows him to help agents think like business owners—understanding pipelines, setting measurable goals, and building repeatable processes that support long-term growth rather than short-term wins.
