In December of 2008, Jim joined the world-class company Coldwell Banker Burnet, currently located in the North Oaks/Shoreview office. Jim is still part of the outstanding Hanson Builders team that has 30+ years of experience marketing and selling homes throughout the Twin Cities.

Biography

  • A native of northern Minnesota, Jim relocated to the Twin cities and has lived in the northern suburbs for 20 years.
  • Jim is a graduate of Concordia University in St. Paul and has been a licensed realtor since 2004.
  • In January of 2005, Jim joined Hanson Builders as a Sales Consultant selling new homes in Andover, Blaine, Shoreview, North Oaks and Plymouth.
