Welcome!

I'm Nicole, thanks for taking time to learn a bit about my story!

As a native of Lake Minnetonka, and additional places I've called home including Japan, LA, and Scottsdale Arizona, where I continue to maintain a property, I bring a perspective shaped by diverse environments, lifestyles, and a lifelong connection to real estate.

My mother was a Realtor and my grandfather a Builder, so I grew up immersed in homes and the art of creating them. Some of my favorite childhood memories include visiting open houses with my parents, being asked for my opinions on design and layout, and participating in the custom home building process. These early experiences sparked a deep appreciation for architecture, thoughtful design, and the meaningful role a home plays in daily life.

My professional background spans numerous luxury brands including roles at Porsche, Nordstrom and Life Time Fitness.  I have worked as a model internationally in Japan and extensively throughout the United States.  Earning the crown as Mrs. Minnesota America 2015 remains one of my greatest privileges.  My career has also included performing as an NBA dancer, an on-camera commercial actor, and pursuing my passion for fashion as an On-Air Fashion Expert for ShopNBC / ShopHQ.

Beyond real estate, I have been deeply committed to giving back to the community. I have served on boards for several organizations and actively supported charitable causes including the Minnesota Zoo, the Arthritis Foundation, Helping Paws, American Heart Foundation, Child Help and other philanthropic initiatives. Community involvement and service are values I hold close, and I believe meaningful success is measured by the impact we have on others.

My family is at the center of everything I do. I believe a home is the foundation where memories are created, traditions are built, and relationships are nurtured. This belief deeply influences the way I serve my clients—helping them find not just a beautiful property, but a sanctuary that truly supports their family, lifestyle, and long-term vision.
