• Before entering the real estate profession, Dave had extensive experience in the aviation insurance profession and also owned and managed his own wholesale distribution company in St. Louis. These two careers provided him the opportunity to work with individuals and companies in a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, management, training and customer service.

Personal

Dave was born and raised in St. Louis. (Normandy HS). Go Vikings!! He is married with two daughters (and five precious grandchildren). Having owned his own business for a number of years, He knows the importance of being an effective negotiator, listener, being reliable and paying attention to the details. He enjoys classic cars and NHRA drag racing.
