My name is Dot Fleshman, a licensed Realtor® in St. Louis, Missouri for Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker. As a first generation Greek American and a St. Louis native, I have always loved our community and culture and how beautifully different certain regions of our communities express themselves.

I have an extensive professional background in business with 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  During this period, I built three residential homes and three commercial businesses.  I am competently familiar with floor plans, budgets, research analysis and have negotiated million-dollar contracts.  Along with my degree in Business Management, this experience instilled in me the discipline it takes to negotiate on my client’s behalf with hospitality excellence!
