I began my career in real estate in Ventura, CA in 1998 at the age of 21 as a mortgage loan officer. 23 years and thousands of closings have brought my extensive expertise home to the #1 real estate office in the state of MO servicing families in the greater St Louis region.

Loan officer, branch manager, V.P. of operations were all titles in corporate lending and gave way in 2005 to being a licensed residential buying agent that could also handle all of the mortgage financing....and through many referrals eventually listing as well.

I have extensive knowledge of all facets of the transaction from offer to closing, in depth understanding of market trends and property value evaluation for the investment minded clientele.
