With more than 30 years of experience serving customers and more than 25 years honing her skills as a sales professional, Layi Sobomehin discovered that her most gratifying moments occurred while educating clients. She realized that assisting them in creating an action plan to achieve their goals and helping them implement the tasks necessary to see their plans come to fruition, was a skill set that she possessed. Layi has a proven record of working hard to negotiate win-win outcomes for her clients and employers. Her stint as an account executive with Fortune 500 companies – Lucent Technologies and MCI WorldCom – resulted in her earning chart-topping sales, creating customer demand and, ultimately, increasing the telecommunications giants’ profit margins.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, and longevity in the sales industry, Layi is proficient in her ability to analyze, interpret and communicate market data to prospects and clients. In addition, she stays abreast of the latest trends in the real estate and sales industry by taking professional development training courses. As a professed “lover of learning”, Layi respects and understands the importance of equipping Buyers and Sellers with deep knowledge of their upcoming real estate transaction.
