Mission Statement: Quiana's mission is to provide her clients with great professional service from the beginning of their real estate transaction to the end and to help fulfill their real estate dreams.

Service Areas: Quiana serves St. Louis County, and St. Charles City and County. She is a native and her 4 children attend school in St. Louis County so she's very familiar with that area.

Property/Client Types/Specialties: Quiana is able to assist with many types of properties from single family homes to condominiums, to town homes, and villas. She can also assist first time homebuyers, relocation, and veterans.

Knowledge/Experience: Quiana has over 20 years of experience in customer service. The skills that she has gained in that field has taught her great communication and patience. With those skills she will be able to patiently guide you to your perfect home!

Education: Quiana attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She received her real estate certification from Coldwell Banker Gundaker School of Real Estate. She is continually seeking education through Coldwell Banker Gundaker and St. Louis Realtors Association.

Professional Organizations: Quiana is a member of the #1 Real Estate Company in St. Louis Coldwell Banker Gundaker. She is also a member of St. Louis Realtors Asscociation, Mid America Regional Information Systems, Multiple Listing Service, and Missouri Association of Realtors.

Charity/Community Involvement: Quiana is very involved in her community. Her and her husband started a non profit youth organization 9 years ago. Through their youth organization they mentor and tutor school aged youth in hopes that in return the youth will be productive members of society and one day pay it forward. They also run an awesome summer camp in Ferguson, Missouri which have been active for 9+ years.

Personal: I've loved real estate ever since my husband and I began our home buying experience. I loved searching for homes online and going to Open Houses. I loved it so much that it was bitter sweet when we chose our family home. The bitter sweetness came from knowing that I was no longer going to be able to look at houses each week. However, I kept searching online and looking and different houses. This led to my new love of being a real estate agent.
