Stephanie Fultz is a second-generation realtor who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Prior to joining her parent's real estate team in 2018, Stephanie was a special education teacher for 9 years. While the subject matter has certainly changed, Stephanie believes that educating her clients on the home buying and home selling process is an important part of her job as a realtor.

Stephanie's passion in life is helping others. She is an active member in her community and frequently volunteers at the Grace and Peace Women's Shelter and she is a chairperson for the annual Coldwell Banker Gundaker Ronald McDonald House Auction. One of the most rewarding parts of real estate is developing relationships with her clients and helping them through this process. Having gone through 13 moves in 4 different cities, Stephanie has plenty of first-hand experience and knows just how stressful moving can be. Her goal is to prevent as much of that stress as possible for her clients.
