Caren Kelly

Caren’s passion for real estate started 20 years ago while she worked to support herself and her two daughters as a school secretary, event manager at a winery, and a physical therapist technician. During her daughter’s second year of high school, Caren headed back to college to earn her degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. After graduation, Caren provided critical assistance to patients recovering from injuries and illnesses to regain movement and manage pain. Caren decided to transition into real estate to apply the marketing, sales, listening, administrative, and problem-solving skills she had developed throughout the years. As realtors, Caren and her husband, Jewel (who is also a real estate agent) enjoy the independence of working directly for you, she loves to help you Own Your Space.  

My favorite memories are of the time I spent in the barn, caring for and riding my horses with my Mom and sister, and later with my girls. I have very fond memories of spending the day getting the horses ready, loading them up, and Dad driving us to the show for our evening competition. 

In 2014, I met Jewel and married him in 2015 (before someone else did). His passion, perseverance, ambition, and belief in me brought us to this point. In our spare time, we like to travel! We also love to hike in Missouri and Illinois state parks.

In 2019, we started our 501-C3, A Fighting Chance Foundation in memory of my daughter, Camryn.  Together with our nine member board, it is our mission to help people suffering in silence by sharing resources.

In 2021, we opened Thrive Realty Group in Illinois to serve both sides of the river.
