Kim Sebaugh

I am a longtime Jefferson County resident, married with 2 stepdaughters. My husband and I are both graduates of Hillsboro High School and reside in Raintree Plantation in Hillsboro.  I have been a Realtor for over 14 years and am an agent at Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker located in Festus.  I serve clients in several counties both as a listing and buyer’s agent.  I have served as Incoming President, President, Immediate Past President and both Local and State Director of the Southern Gateway Association of Realtors as and have served as chairperson and member of several of the Association’s committees.  Prior to being an agent, I was a Marketing Director at Maritz Loyalty Marketing in Fenton.  I was employed by Maritz with numerous positions for a total of 17 years.  In the middle of the 17 years, I took a job as Director of Marketing and Customer Entertainment at the Georgia Pacific Corporation on Atlanta GA for 5 years.  I love utilizing my marketing and negotiating skills in completing successful transactions for my clients. My success is not measured by the quantity of transactions but the quality for my buyers and sellers.

In the 70’s through the late 90s my family bred, raised and showed Arabian Horses.  My last show horse and I won several top awards including US National Top Ten and several Regional Championships.  Now my hobbies include golfing and spending time on the lake with family and friends.  I am a huge St. Louis sports fan and enjoy watching many sports in person and on TV.  For those that know me know that my granddaughter, Delaney, is the light of our lives.  It is true what they say when you become a grandparent, it changes everything.
