What Sets Me Apart

For both buyers and sellers, I conduct a "mutual" interview in order to establish rapport and to determine whether we will work well together as a team. For buyers, I walk you through the entire home buying process and connect you with reputable lenders, insurance agents, title companies, home inspectors, and any other service providers that you may need.

For sellers, I have a pre-listing packet that I provide for you before we meet with all necessary paperwork to make our meeting run smoothly and take as little of your time as possible. I work with a home stager and can provide you with all the necessary tips you will need to get your home in market ready condition

I work with a team of referral partners that can provide services needed in order to market your home in today's challenging atmosphere.

I have a professional team of people working behind the scene to ensure the smoothest stress-free move possible.
