Stacy Moeller

Welcome!

I am excited to be able to provide you with a wealth of valuable real estate information. Being a member of the Coldwell Banker Realty-Gundaker family gives me access to a wide range of resources to promote your property or find your forever home.

Since I was born in St. Louis (Lindbergh graduate) and now live in St. Charles, I can help you uncover the many jewels that are in our region. Having worked in sales and marketing for 15 years I am a natural negotiator who sees your property in a unique light. This means I have experience earning my clients great deals through creative solutions that is special to my skill set.

Where is the best toasted ravioli made (it may not be The Hill…), where can my child race her soapbox derby car, where is the nearest grocery store that has a large gluten-free section, which parks have great biking trails… are all questions I can answer and more. Between my local insight and the unparalleled resources of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate , I am able to provide you with the answers you are searching for.

So contact me and we can chat over a delicious slice of gooey butter cake or a refreshing glass of O'Fallon Wheach and I can show you just how fun selling and buying can be.
