1445 Willow Brook Cove #9 Saint Louis, MO 63146

This One Actually Makes Sense and is priced to sell. FHA-Approved Condo Community gives buyers more financing opportunities. NEW HVAC 2026 - Remodeled interior. Affordable doesn't have to feel like a compromise, and buying your first home doesn't have to feel out of reach. This top-floor 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in the 63146 sits inside an FHA-approved community, which means qualified buyers can get in with as little as 3.5% down, a real advantage, since plenty of condos simply aren't eligible for that kind of financing. The main living area is open and comfortable, with light flooring, neutral walls, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony overlooking the community pool. Whether that becomes your morning coffee spot, your evening reset, or just the place to escape. The kitchen is genuinely nice. Warm cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, black countertops, and a modern island add prep space, extra storage, and a natural spot for casual meals. Nothing here needs to be renovated which means your budget goes toward moving in, not fixing up. Both bedrooms are well-sized, the layout flows naturally, and the in-unit laundry is exactly where you want it. The community pool right outside your door rounds it out as a lifestyle amenity that actually gets used. If you're buying your first place and want something that feels like home without feeling like a project, this is it. And if FHA financing has kept your condo search short, this changes that, a move-in-ready unit, and a price that just makes sense.
