Eric has his Masters from University of North Florida and is a native of Florida. He has previously worked in the education and non-profit sectors. Eric brings a process-oriented vision to each transaction and a relationship-based approach to each interaction; and is proud to bring his years of experience to Coldwell Banker South End/Dilworth where he works with Charlotte area homeowners and investors to acquire and sell property in the region. Over the course of his career, Eric has sold $55 Million and closed 175 successful transactions. His loyal client base is a source of personal pride and trusts him for the expertise and work-ethic on behalf of sellers and buyers.
