Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jo Ann moved to Charlotte in 1997. She has a nursing degree from Erie Community College and a MBA from Gardner Webb University. Her various work experience includes sales and management roles in the health care industry. Jo Ann has always had her heart in real estate and has been an active investor in New York and Charlotte and is looking forward to this new chapter in her career. She and her family live in Harrisburg.
