I am a Charlotte native, full time Real Estate agent/Broker since 1996. I am licensed in both North and South Carolina.

Being an experienced agent, I have completed over 800 real estate transactions with Coldwell Banker and have been recognized in CB International President's Circle since 2001 for being one of the top producers.

I also provide a "Professional Home Stager" at no extra cost to help you prepare your house to get top dollar. If you are looking to purchase a house in any price range, I can help with that also.

I have also worked with landowners over the years and have had excellent results selling land. My background as a Dairy Farmer has been very useful in working with both seller and buyers of raw land. I also assist investors.

On the personal side, I am an avid runner (competed in six marathons) a huge sports fan (a NC State Grad- “Go Pack!”), follow NBA and NFL teams and also enjoy golfing. Between my wife and I, we have 8 children and 14 grand-children whom we love spending time with.
