I am a former Army Green Beret from Ft. Bragg, NC and work with my wife Stephannie who is also an agent in our office. When it was time to leave the service, I wanted to stay in NC but I wanted to be near water. I had explored many of the beach towns up and down the coast but couldn't find one that fit me. I wanted an economy and I didn't want all of my friends to be seasonal vacationers. I came to the Charlotte area and it was a perfect fit for me. I had my water with beautiful Lake Norman plus a number of surrounding lakes, and I had the second largest financial hub in the United States of America, how's that for a match. I have always pushed to be the best at anything I do and if it included uncharted areas that was even more appealing to me. I came to Coldwell Banker as a partner and the co-founder of The McKinney Team. The mission was to offer better service than a single agent and streamline the experience for our clients. We wanted to be available to clients on time, to be multi-lingual, multi-cultural and to be able to service the largest customer base possible. We are continuing to grow our team and bring Lake Norman a new generation of Realtors. We like to tell our clients up front what to expect from our Team and to always hold us accountable each day. We make the commitment to our clients to serve them with the same principles and duty that I kept in the military with customer service being our highest priority.
