Raised in the Greater Charlotte area by parents, Kim and Dick York, who are top producing real estate agents, I have been the forefront of my parents’ marketing campaigns, attended community events sponsored by Coldwell Banker, delivered real estate flyers, and have even been Rusty, the official Coldwell Banker mascot. Now I am a full fledge member of the Realtors Association and work side-by-side with my parents to provide the highest client service to our clients who are looking to buy, sell and invest in real estate.

I have grown up in the Charlotte area my entire life; attended Villa Heights Elementary, Davidson IB Middle, North Mecklenburg High and Hough High Schools (first graduating class). I advanced my education at Appalachian State University – graduated with a BS in Health Care Management. After college, I continued working for Famous Toastery as a Mobile Manager and Lead Corporate Trainer when they were recognized as one of the top 6 fastest growing restaurants in the Country.

In my spare time, I enjoy all sorts of activities including golf, baseball, football, hiking, and camping. Baxter, my side-kick is a rescued dog who loves the outdoors. Giving back to the community is so important. I have been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Cancer Society, and many organizations that help the underprivileged.
