Also has a fenced in back yard as well as single carport. Unsure if this is in Laurelwood or Laurel Park subdivision. Updates needed based on my walk through would be fresh paint, renovate the small half bath in the master bedroom and fix the water leaking in basement area. The roof appears to be around 6 to 8 years old. Have not talked to prior owner and information may be flawed. Unable to determine heat and air source.
