470 W 24th St #14C New York City, NY 10011

ALL YOU NEED IS PLENTY OF LOVE - AND A HOME THIS GOOD.If you've been searching for a home that blends authentic prewar character with smart, modern living, welcome to Residence 14C at iconic London Terrace Towers. Nearly 1,300 +/- square feet, this generously proportioned home offers beautiful natural light, Hudson Yards views, and one of the most thoughtful floor plans in the complex. In other words, there's room to actually live here; a rather nice change of pace for Manhattan.Inside, classic 1930's architectural details meet smart design: original solid oak plank floors, 9' +/- beamed ceilings, steel door frames and grillwork, and those wonderfully old-fashioned honeycombed brick-and-plaster walls. This is real prewar ... not a new apartment pretending to have a past. The open kitchen has been thoughtfully updated for modern life, with generous cabinetry and plenty of counter space. Whether one is cooking dinner, entertaining friends, or simply collecting takeout menus, there's room for all of it - including that kitchen gadget that you have to own.The bathrooms continue the prewar story with subway tile walls, original chrome fixtures, and classic black-and-white mosaic flooring. Charming, authentic, and wonderfully unapologetic about their vintage credentials. And then there are the closets. Several oversized walk-ins mean storage is hardly an issue. With the right customization, you could even turn one into two. Because in NYC, closet space is not merely storage, it is "real estate".Then come the views. Hudson Yards development rises dramatically in the distance with The Edge, Empire State Building, and plenty of other architectural heavyweights in the cityscape.London Terrace Towers elevates everyday living with resident-only amenities including a full-time lobby attendant, onsite management, live-in superintendent, state-of-the-art fitness center (separate membership), a stunning 1/2 Olympic size indoor heated pool, landscaped and teak furnished roof deck, along with locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas, laundry, bike rooms, storage, and underground parking.Step outside and you're immersed in West Chelsea-where art galleries, top-tier dining, and cultural landmarks like the High Line Promenade, Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market, City Winery, Little Island, Hudson Yards, Chelsea Piers Athletic Complex and Hudson River waterfront are all moments away.In short: a home with character, comfort, and just enough charm to make staying in as tempting as going out.
