720 Greenwich St #9C New York City, NY 10014

Sophisticated one bedroom loft style cooperative residence at 720 Greenwich Street, Apt. 9C, in the heart of the West Village, offering soaring ceilings, oversized black casement windows, exposed brick, and open downtown and Hudson River views. From the entry, the expansive living and dining space unfolds with exceptional natural light and generous proportions for living, dining, and entertaining, while warm wood floors and a full wall of exposed brick bring classic downtown New York character to every corner. The renovated galley kitchen, set behind glass paned French doors, features custom blue cabinetry with polished hardware, glass front upper cabinets, a built in wine rack, white stone countertops, a stainless steel gas range, and a fully integrated refrigerator. The pristinely renovated bathroom is a true standout: classic subway tile rises floor to ceiling, a marble basketweave mosaic floor grounds the space, and a generous rain shower sits within a striking black steel and glass enclosure inspired by factory casement windows. The bedroom offers excellent proportions, its own exposed brick wall, and open downtown views through two oversized casement windows. Two large walk in closets provide an abundance of storage rarely found in a one bedroom residence. The current owner enjoys the home as an open loft style layout with a wonderful sense of volume; the space can equally be configured as a defined one bedroom to suit your vision. 720 Greenwich Street is a classic loft style cooperative with a part time doorman and resident superintendent. Residents enjoy a shared roof deck with Hudson River and city views, laundry facilities on every floor, and basement and bike storage. Private parking and roof deck membership are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. The location places you moments from the Hudson River waterfront, the High Line, the Whitney Museum, and the restaurants, cafés, and boutiques that define the neighborhood. A rare combination of West Village character, generous proportions, and stellar finishes.
