How does one “grow up in real estate”?
My journey into real estate is unique. I watched my Mom, Deni Oven, serve her Southern NH MA clients for 40+ years supporting them in buying, selling, residential, homes, condos, land, new construction and relocation. I grew up in homes she designed and built - my bedroom moving multiple times to accommodate the construction and restoration projects. She was my REALTOR® when my husband and I bought our first home and again when our family expanded from three to four. I learned many lessons observing her managing her rental properties and real estate business. I vowed to take care of her clients and my future ones with the same compassion attention to detail that she gave to everyone she worked with.

Who am I?
I consider myself a New Hampshire native - grateful to have grown up in this scenic state with its picturesque autumns, accessible mountains, oceans and local cities. I have a degree in education and I have taught preschool, kindergarten, swimming, lifeguarding, snowboarding, skiing and yoga to students of all ages. I am the owner of Nahar Yoga LLC in Derry, NH and it is my passion to help others navigate this earthly adventure with ease and joy. Let me be your real estate teacher and guide.
