I do not just sell Real Estate, I sell homes, what is the difference? Buying Real Estate seems contrived to me, buying a home is personal, weather it is a first, second or income producing home, Real Estate is “home”.
I believe selling your home or assisting you to find a home for any reason, a personal experience, not a canned good.

As a real estate appraiser for the past seventeen years, I have been on the “other side of the fence” when it comes to understanding real estate values. One of the most troublesome ingredients about real estate is ascertaining fair market values. Even more difficult is understanding the shifts in neighborhood influences with regards to market values. As a resident of the Lakes Region collectively for over 30 years, I bring to you a vast depth of local knowledge.
