Rhonda Bucklin

Hi! My name is Rhonda Bucklin, and I’m excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker family of
realtors.

Born and raised as a third generation “Hill Girl,” I’ve had the privilege of living in central
New Hampshire all my life, surrounded by endless opportunities to live, work, and play in
this beautiful region.

After building two homes in Hill, my husband and I moved to South Alexandria, where we
are now finishing our third home. Whenever I can, I head to the North Country to enjoy my
passion for riding my wheeler along the vast trail system during the day, then relaxing by a
roaring campfire at night with family and friends.

I am the mother of two grown children, Dustin and Mackenzie, and the wife of Michael
Bucklin, a local masonry contractor. When my children were born, I left my job with New
Hampshire Electric Cooperative to focus on raising them. As they grew, I returned to the
workforce as a substitute teacher for several years, which allowed me to keep the same
schedule they had. When my daughter graduated high school, I knew it was the perfect
time to finally pursue my long held passion for real estate.

Today, I’m proud to share that my daughter Mackenzie is also an agent with Coldwell
Banker and we often team up to list properties together, bringing a fun, family driven
energy to the process.

I chose this industry because I love being part of the joy people feel when their
homeownership dreams become a reality. But it’s not just buyers who inspire me, sellers
do, too. People sell their homes for all kinds of reasons: new opportunities, growing
families, downsizing, or simply turning the page to a new chapter. I truly enjoy helping
sellers navigate that transition with confidence, care, and a sense of excitement for what
comes next.

I believe that honesty, friendliness, and truly listening to people’s needs are the keys to
making every real estate experience a positive one.
