During and after collage, Ricker developed important experience in the building business. This was an ideal background when it came to transitioning into a full-time real estate career. This background applied to helping clients and customers in relation to construction, possible building modifications, design and land development. Ricker became attracted to living in this area of NH based on the business environment, the states beauty and ideal location for recreation and enjoyment. Ricker is an avid skier and sailor. He has boating and sailing certifications through the United States Power Squadron and the Canadian Yachting Association. He found the area’s proximity to a multitude of excellent ski areas as well as easy access to lake and ocean sailing to be ideal. Ricker also enjoys hiking, biking and water sports. For over ten years he has been involved with the Northern Rail Trail assisting the Board of Directors and members in the expansion and maintenance of the largest bike trail in the State of New Hampshire.
