Born and raised in the great Granite state, Sarah Umberger knows and sells New Hampshire. From her roots in Southern NH to the Lakes Region & White Mountains, any visitor who falls in love with the area and decide they want to stay will also be happy to meet Sarah Umberger for her experience and expertise throughout the state.

Sarah got her start in the industry ten years ago working as an Administrative Assistant to a Broker in North Lake Tahoe, California. In 2015 she returned home to New Hampshire, bought her first investment property and received her Real Estate license specializing in investment and Airbnb properties. As a team member with Coldwell Banker Realty she serves clients all over the White Mountains, Lakes Region and Southern NH. She specializes in the Luxury & Ski Resort markets and closes 15-30 transactions a year.

Being a Realtor suits Sarah well, coming as she comes from a part of the country that prides itself on self-reliance and individualism. But her chief source of inspiration is the other women in her family. “My Mom and sister, my aunt and cousin—all of them are very strong, independent, professional women who are also raising children. I’ve always marched to the beat of my own drum so I like being able to create my own schedule and love the ability to work from anywhere.”

Sarah has given back a lot to the communities she’s lived in over the years. She’s volunteered with the Pemigewasset Search and Rescue Team and has been an Expedition Leader and Program Director for the NHC UCC. She’s taught dance to both children and adults, and worked with the Wanderlust Yoga Festival in California and Vermont.

When not working, Sarah enjoys the activities she’s had an enthusiasm for all of her life. “Anything that has to do with freeskiing, the outdoors or the arts! I have a background in writing and the performing arts so I’m a huge supporter of local theatre and I attend as many outdoor music and art festivals as I can.”

Going forward, Sarah wants to keep growing her Sales and Rental businesses, continue to build her rental investment property portfolio and continue to consistently close on a volume of $5-10 million annually. She plans to get her New Hampshire Broker’s license to continue Property Management and Vacation Rentals.
