Barbara-Ann Southall

I have been in real estate for 8 years.  My family had lake property for 55 years in New Hampshire.  The love for the lake regions brought me here 18 yrs ago to live full time.   The interest in Real Estate started after attending Paier College of Art in Hamden CT for interior design and always and interest on what was on the Real Estate Market.   I have also worked in the medical and dental field all my life.  I take much pride in communicating with customers and coworkers.  Taking the time to listen, having a positive attitude of kindness and compassion is important to me.   My goal in real estate is to help buyers make smart decisions and good investments; to achieve top dollar for sellers on their terms.

I have familiarized myself in New Hampshire to have market knowledge to sell in many Counties in New Hampshire.

When not doing Real Estate, my hobbies are boating, sewing, quilting, gardening, home projects but the most fun time of all is to spend time with family and grandchildren!

I get involved in local charities and volunteering.  I volunteered several years at Elliott Hospital as a cuddler in the NIC unit.

It made me understand that you never know what is going on in people's life's and to be kind and understanding and don't judge.

My mission now, and in the future, is building relationships that last a lifetime.
