A proud Gilford native, Joshua is a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to serving his community with integrity and excellence. With a deep-rooted passion for real estate, he brings years of experience, top-tier training, and award-winning sales expertise to every client interaction. His mission is to be a trusted resource, offering reliable guidance and personalized service throughout every step of the real estate journey.

Community Engagement & Leadership

Beyond real estate, Joshua is deeply involved in public health and community service. He currently serves as the Prevention Strategic Manager for the Regional Public Health Network, Partnership for Public Health, where he leads initiatives aimed at reducing substance use disorders across the Winnipesaukee Region.

Joshua is also actively engaged with numerous charitable and nonprofit organizations throughout the Lakes Region and central New Hampshire. He is a proud supporter of the Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction and has contributed his time and leadership to the Community Advisory Board for New Hampshire Public Radio. Additionally, he serves as the Town Chairman of the Gilford Budget Committee.

In recognition of his outstanding leadership and dedication, Joshua was honored with the Adrienne Stevens Award in 2024. As part of his ongoing commitment to giving back, a portion of the proceeds from every real estate closing he facilitates is donated to local charities.
