4) Have coached and mentored top Real Estate agents all over the U.S.
5) Did a 1 year Podcast for Matrix Media out of Chicago called 'Slow Down and Achieve'.
6) From 2010-2012 I spoke all over the United States on Aggressive Real Estate Marketing Techniques to:

• Colleges such as The University of Alabama, and Indiana University.
• Real Estate Investment Groups in over 30 major cities.
• Real Estate Companies.
• Real Estate Boards/Conventions, most recently I keynoted the entire first day of the Utah Realtor State Convention.

7) I have lived or gone to school in over 9 Southern New Hampshire towns, so I have excellent market knowledge.
