My name is Kayvan Tavarez, and I am thrilled to be a Realtor for one of the most established and trusted real estate brands, Coldwell Banker. My passion for real estate, alongside shrewd problem solving and negotiating skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service, ensure that my clients are satisfied from beginning to end. It is my duty to be of service, and to ensure that my clients are satisfied with the process and the result. I believe that honesty, diligence, transparency, attentiveness, empathy, and taking a proactive approach are the key elements to ensuring exceptional service.  

I was born and raised in Methuen, MA and moved to Nashua in 2016. I have felt at home ever since. I acquired my real estate license in 2022, and have been working in residential real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and investors. Real estate is a relationship driven business. And for my clients I do not view myself as just a realtor, but instead a partner and trusted advisor. My clients are my priority, and I am committed to ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end.  

In my free time, you can find me at a record store sifting through vinyl – I have an extensive collection! Additionally, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, visiting art museums, watching sports, and trying new food.
