Ken MacInnis

I am a seasoned sales leader and real estate professional based in Atkinson, New Hampshire with a career spanning over 3 decades in both logistics and property services. I have built a reputation for excellence in team development, client relations and community service across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.

My professional career began at United Parcel Service, where I have spent 30+ years excelling in both direct sales positions, as well as sales management responsible for hiring, training and managing multiple sales teams. I enjoy mentoring future leaders and have had the opportunity to help develop many individuals for additional roles and responsibilities.

Over the last 5 years, I have begun to transition to my second career of residential and commercial real estate. During this short time, I have closed over $2 million in real estate transactions; supporting both the purchase and sale.

Being part of the community brings me great satisfaction; I especially enjoyed my time coaching youth sports and being an Advisory Board member of the Londonderry, New Hampshire YMCA. During my time with the YMCA, we ran a fundraiser to install a community built in pool, as well as start a Flag Football League. After my time at the YMCA, I moved onto the Exchange Club of Salem NH where I chaired the Youth Scholarship ACE Program that awarded approximately $100,000 to deserving graduating seniors who had overcome a challenge and planned to take on the journey of additional education.

When I am not with my family, I entertain myself by competing in multiple Bocce tournaments within the state of Massachusetts and beyond.
